Welcome to the "30 days of happiness" challenge!
Starts Monday, 28/9
The purpose of the challenge is to add happiness and positivity to our lives, and to change our perspective about happiness and what makes us happy.
How does it work?
The challenge will begin on Monday, 9/28/20.
During the challenge, you will join a closed Facebook group, to which a suggested activity will be uploaded every day.
The activities are short, simple, diverse and have been scientifically proven to increase happiness and wellbeing.
What kind of activities?
The activities suggested in the group are diverse and in different topics (i.e. relationships, mental wellbeing, physical wellbeing and more).
The activities only take a few minutes to complete (some even less!) and can contribute to happiness and life satisfaction in different ways.
Completing the activities is optional, and if certain activities are not right for you there is no obligation to complete them.
However, it is recommended to try new things that may be outside of your comfort zone :)
Participating and sharing in the group
You will have the option to mark whether you completed the different activities by using the Facebook reactions. You will also be able to comment on each activity and share your thoughts or feelings, or pictures from the activity.
It is not mandatory to share anything to the group, but it can contribute to you and the other participants (what is shared in the group stays in the group).
